The V•Top CM–1 Riot Helmet is ideal for use in public order duties, riots, jail uprisings and prison cell extractions.

The CM–1 is certified by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Standard 0104.02 for Riot Helmets and Face Shields. 

This riot helmet provides a high degree of balanced protection against blunt impact and a strong resistance to liquid penetration.

Primary Features:

• 3 point retention system that maximizes riot helmet stability, distributes weight effectively and reduces neck strain during civil disturbances and riots
• Adjustable chin/nape strap with a quick release side buckle for rapid riot helmet removal
• Nape protector to help deflect liquids away from the neck area
• Rubber deflector seals the helmet and visor (face shield) to resist facial liquid penetration
• Optically clear visor with optional anti fog shields and tear-off systems
• Accommodates various respiratory filtration systems
• Visor locks in the raised position during rest periods or in the lowered position during public order and corrections duties
